Peach Smoothie
Hello everyone! I hope you’ve all had a great week. I spent the week working on homework, decluttering our kitchen (I got a set of new pots and pans, yay!), and pulling a few things out to start decorating for fall. I know it may seem early but fall is my favorite season! I just can’t help it. The fall weather is so nice, the colors are stunning, and the food is comforting. I will never get tired of fall. I just wish it lasted a little longer, you know? Oh well! I will just have to soak it up as much as I can when it gets here. What…

Lemon Berry Smoothie
I honestly don’t think this blog would be complete without a bunch of smoothie recipes because I drink them so often. I get asked all the time if I continue to drink smoothies throughout the winter months and the answer is, yes! I actually think it’s more important to drink smoothies during the winter months because our immune systems tend to get knocked down easier when it’s cold outside. I can happily say that I haven’t gotten a cold this winter (knock on wood) and that is almost unheard for me!! But I do really think that drinking a smoothie every day, as well as my other lifestyle choices, has…

Refreshing Strawberry, Watermelon Smoothie!
Wow! These last two weeks have been crazy! Between work, photography, summer activities, trying to figure out my class schedule for next semester and planning a trip, I’ve been busy! It’s a good busy though, especially since I’m entering into the peak season for photography. Kendall and I actually got to shoot a wedding over the weekend together, which was SO fun! The more I shoot weddings, the more I enjoy them, especially when I get to work with Kendall. 🙂 We have fun shooting together. Hopefully I will be posting a recap of the wedding we shot sometime next week, but today I’m sharing a simple smoothie recipe that…

Strawberry, Peach Lemonade Smoothie
Today I am sharing another smoothie recipe. I get a lot or request asking for more smoothie recipes so I will definitely be creating and sharing more on here soon. Especially since summer is right around the corner! This smoothie recipe is really refreshing! I added some bell pepper in it to add even more vitamin C but you can omit the pepper if you want. Although, I promise you won’t even taste it! I have been adding both fruits and veggies to my smoothies so that I’m getting a good variety of nutrients and it still taste great. If you have any questions on other alternative veggies to add…

My Favorite Protein Powder+A Green Smoothie Recipe
A few years ago, I was on the hunt for a protein powder that worked well with my body. I ended up trying several different kinds but couldn’t find one that didn’t make me sick or give me a migraine. But finally, I discovered Tone It Up Protein Powder and I’ve never looked back. 😉 I love this protein powder because it’s plant-based and contains no whey! It’s easy on my stomach and it has never made me sick. I have been using it for three years now and it is hands down my favorite protein powder. Above are my three favorite flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, and Coffee. I tend to…

Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
Today, I wanted to share a smoothie recipe with you that I created last weekend. I have tried several smoothie combinations and this one is in my top five favorites. I like it because it is filling and keeps me satisfied for a couple of hours. It’s packed with nutrients and it tastes delicious! It also contains a lot of food staples, so it makes it easy to make whenever I feel like having a morning or mid-day smoothie. 🙂 Pictured above: oats, cinnamon, peanut butter, flaxseed meal, vanilla protein powder, and unsweetened almond milk. I will do a post soon going into more detail as to why I use…
