    Wow! These last two weeks have been crazy! Between work, photography, summer activities, trying to figure out my class schedule for next semester and planning a trip, I’ve been busy!     I have to be honest, I’m definitely more of a smoothie person but when I found out that I could make juice in my Vitamix, I decided to give it a go! Over the weekend, I experimented until I found a few different juice combinations that I enjoyed. So, today, I’m going to share them with you!     Veggie Wrap With Mango Salsa

    Hi everyone! Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite easy lunches, my mango salsa wrap! I created this last summer and I find myself gravitating towards it when I don’t have much time for lunch. I usually have the veggies on hand but if I don’t have everything, I just mix and match to create something similar!
