    I have to be honest, I’m definitely more of a smoothie person but when I found out that I could make juice in my Vitamix, I decided to give it a go!     Hi everyone! Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite easy lunches, my mango salsa wrap! I created this last summer and I find myself gravitating towards it when I don’t have much time for lunch.
